My name is Kamogelo Molebatsi, and I’m currently a Specialist QA Engineer at Absa. Before stepping into this role, I had the privilege of being a Software Tester graduate at MultiChoice, a journey made possible through the Endelea Consulting Graduate Program.
What stood out most for me was the camaraderie and meaningful connections I built with my fellow graduates and mentors.
The friendships and professional networks I formed continue to be a great source of support and inspiration till this day.
The graduate program instilled in me a strong work ethic, resilience, and grit. Teaching me how to navigate pressure, overcome setbacks, and consistently strive for excellence.
I’m incredibly proud to be an alumnus of the Endelea Graduate Program. For any aspiring tech professional looking to make a meaningful start in the industry, this program is a game-changer.

During my time in the Software Testing Graduate Programme, what stood out most was the collaborative spirit among fellow graduates, especially the knowledge sharing, team support, and drive to grow together.
Transitioning from a Data Capturer at the Department of Health to a Software Tester in a high-paced environment, I learned the value of continuous improvement.
The key lesson I’ll carry forward is the importance of constantly upskilling to deliver high-quality results and contribute meaningfully to any QA team.
This journey ultimately led to my permanent role as a QA Engineer.
